    Description

    We are seeking an innovative program manager to contribute to the development of new technology products for our company. In this role, your duties will include overseeing the various stages of product development and collaborating with the software development team. You will also be responsible for the deployment and integration of new products.

    Working with our team requires a blend of business insight and technical skills shown through the ability to translate problems into impactful roadmaps and backlogs. You understand goals and define requirements in partnership with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to drive desired outcomes.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle
    • Facilitates all the Scrum ceremonies
    • Fetching reports from JIRA & maintaining sprint metrics
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope & project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
    • Keeping close track of all the deliveries
    • Assist the Product team in maintaining the roadmaps & Backlogs
    • Collaborates with other Program Managers (PM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization
    • Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
    • Collaborating with system engineers and software architects
    • Reporting product development progress to Senior Leadership
    • Overseeing product deployment and integration.
    • Maintaining the open communication environment
    • Desired Skill set:
    • Relevant of 3+ Years of Experience in program management, in software product industry
    • Expertise in Agile methodology
    • Experience of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment
    • A demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and functional teams
    • Proficiency in JIRA
    • Scrum Certifications are a plus
    • Demonstrate understanding of functional and technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows)
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.

    • Forecast and publish the plan for all the major projects running
    • Coach the team members around Scrum & Agile whenever needed
    • Contributing ideas to product development initiatives
    • Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Keeping up with advancements in product technologies
