    Description

    We The ePlane Company is looking for a Female Senior Human Resource Manager with at least 10+ years of industrial experience to lead our HR department.


    Senior Human Resource Manager responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals.     Ultimately, you will secure our long-term growth by leading all training, talent acquisition, and career development activities.


    Responsibilities

    Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

    Formulate career development plans.

    Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal-opportunity employer.

    Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.

    Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing).

    Streamline HR processes and improvise team functioning.

    Supervise HR Professionals.

    Responsibilities pertaining to appraisal.

    Facilitate team-building activities.

    Partnering with Finance on HR budgeting.

    Overseeing the resolution of employee grievances

    Evaluate training and development programs.

    Develop and ensure implementation of HR policies for all branches and regions.

    Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.

    Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.


    Requirements and Skills

    Experience in strategic planning.

    In-depth knowledge of all HR functions.

    Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).

    Good understanding of Labour legislation.

    Excellent leadership abilities.

    Communication and problem-solving skills.

    Compassionate approach and patience in working with different sets of people.

    Out-of-the-box problem solving approach as per team needs.

    Certification like PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) is a plus.

    Qualification

    MBA, MSW, MSC in Organizational Psychology or relevant field
