    About us:

    Cashfree Payments is India's leading payments and API banking company.

    It helps 6,00,000+ businesses accept and send money and is used for multiple use cases like vendor payouts, wage payouts, bulk refunds, etc.

    Cashfree Payments offers the widest range of solutions including API banking platform Payouts that helps businesses send money instantly 24x7 to any bank account, UPI ID, card, or wallet with a simple API that businesses can integrate with their product.

    Cashfree Payments Payment Aggregation business is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

    Cashfree Payments is one of the first recipients of such licenses, and will be adding more such regulated products in its portfolio.

    We are looking for a dynamic regulatory compliance leader, who could work with various teams on the ground to build strong mechanisms to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory framework while ensuring the best customer outcomes.

    What You Will Do:


    • Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India.
    • Create a systematic, processdriven approach to identify and source new partnership opportunities.
    • Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories.
    • Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals with strategic partners.
    • Shape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow.
    • Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive winwinwin engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brands.
    • Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree product.
    • Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization
    What You Will Need:

    • 57 years of strategic partnership experience.
    • Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business
    • Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands.
    • Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives
    • Experience working in the fintech industry with some knowledge of payment aggregators
    • Experience in the merchant acquiring business
    • Understanding of the digital payments landscape in India
    • Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry.
    • Goaloriented & thrives in a fastpaced environment.
    • Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward.
    • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
