    Position Overview:

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven International Sales Executive to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in boosting international sales figures by spotting new business prospects, cultivating strong client relationships, and showcasing our shipping services to potential clients.

    Job Description:

    • Spot and aim for fresh business opportunities in the global shipping arena.
    • Create and execute smart sales strategies to hit sales targets and increase market presence.
    • Cultivate and nurture solid connections with current and potential clients through regular interaction and visits.
    • Negotiate contracts and deals with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Deliver precise sales forecasts and reports to management promptly.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor moves.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to guarantee seamless service delivery and customer happiness.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in international sales, preferably within the shipping or logistics sector.
    • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
    • Show excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    • Be open to domestic and international travel as needed.
    • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
