    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize SQL and Java expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Prioritize customer service, maintaining regular and high-quality communication
    • Offer direct technical support to customers through Service Now [SNOW]
    • Handle multiple simultaneous cases within a ticketing system
    • Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their issues
    • Develop internal and external content for the SAP Ariba User Community and internal knowledge base
    • Collaborate with diverse global teams and build strong relationships
    • Coordinate with customers and Product Engineering/Management to address system defects
    • Participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends as part of a rotational schedule
    • Complete any additional tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • 4-8 years of experience with SQL, Java, object-oriented programming, XML, IDOC, HTTP, SOAP UI, HTML, web-browser troubleshooting, SSO technologies like SAML
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively
    • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
    • Smart troubleshooting skills to identify issues and find innovative solutions
    • Capability to work across cultures and think creatively
    • Previous SAP Ariba application experience preferred
