    JOB TITLE:Talent Acquisition Specialist DigitalEngineering

    LOCATION:Pune India

    PURPOSE OF THEROLE: TA specialist responsibilities includesourcing screening and providing a shortlist of qualifiedcandidates for various technical roles. He/she will also networkonline and offline with potential candidates to promote ouremployer brand reduce our timetohire and ensure we attract the bestprofessionals. Ultimately he/she will build a strong tech talentpipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our DigitalEngineeringpositions.

    DEGREE:BSc in Human Resources Management IT or relevantdegree

    YEAR OFEXPERIENCE: 58Years

    KEYSKILLS:

    • Proven workexperience as a Technical Recruiter
    • Handsonexperience with various interview formats (e.g. phone MS TeamsSkype and structured)
    • Technical expertise withan ability to understand and explain job requirements for BIM andassociated Engineering Services.
    • Familiaritywith Applicant Tracking Systems and resumedatabases
    • Solid knowledge of sourcingtechniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Booleansearch)
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Solid understanding of HRpractices and laborlegislation

    DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Createmaintain & update a database of candidates with experiencein the areas of BIM (Architecture Structural MEP) and associatedEngineering services offshoring business.
    • Writeand post technical job descriptions towards recruitment of BIMArchitects & Engineers.
    • Sourcepotential candidates on niche platforms
    • Parsespecialized skills and qualifications to screen IT/Digitalengineering resumes
    • Perform prescreening callsto analyze applicants abilities
    • Interviewcandidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviewstechnical assessments and behavioralquestions)
    • Coordinate with Digital Engineeringteam leaders to forecast department goals and hiringneeds
    • Craft and send personalized recruitingemails with current job openings to passivecandidates
    • Participate in tech conferences andmeetups to network with ITprofessionals
    • Negotiate commercials as percompany standards and market demands
    • Help HR toCompose job offer letters & Onboard newhires
    • Promote companys reputation as a greatplace to work
    • Conduct job and task analyses todocument job duties and requirements
    • Keepuptodate with new technological trends andproducts
