- Min 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent communication and business skills (Verbal and Written in English)
- Customer Relationship building skills.
- Experience in the IT industry, preferably in software testing or QA.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably)
- Proven track record in sales, especially in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of Excel, Sales CRM tool (preferably)
- Having a good attitude to learn and grow in Sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible for reaching out to at least 40 clients per day through cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Responsible for achieving monthly target- 5 qualified meetings/ month.
- Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, Email campaigning, cold calling, and networking targeted companies/contacts.
- Capable of Market Research and Data Base building for prospecting.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
