    Requirements

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Bangalore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, business communication and arranging meetings with the potential clients.

    Qualifications:

  • Min 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and business skills (Verbal and Written in English)
  • Customer Relationship building skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry, preferably in software testing or QA.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably)
  • Proven track record in sales, especially in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Sales CRM tool (preferably)
  • Having a good attitude to learn and grow in Sales.
  • Role Description:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible for reaching out to at least 40 clients per day through cold calling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Responsible for achieving monthly target- 5 qualified meetings/ month.
  • Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, Email campaigning, cold calling, and networking targeted companies/contacts.
  • Capable of Market Research and Data Base building for prospecting.
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.


  • Requirements
