    The hire will be working directly with our biggest client, a global digital transformation and consulting company, offering innovative solutions in IT services and business process outsourcing.

    Location -Chennai (from the client's office)


    Role:
    Technical Recruitment Specialist

    Responsibilities:
    Proven work experience as Technical Recruiter in a start-up.
    Excellent understanding of the recruitment cycle.

    Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to interact with talent and close the open positions in given TATDevelop talent strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talent.


    Requirements:

    Min 3+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitmentUnderstand KPIs and strive to meet the weekly, monthly, and quarterly targetsCoordinate with organisation departments and try to fulfil technical requirements in the shortest possible time.

    Strong knowledge of tech stacks and languages.
    Highly organised and data-oriented.
    Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the technology industry.
    Proficiency in using

    Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
    Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
    Ability to assess candidates' proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
    Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
