    We are Hiring - Inside Sales Consultant, Desk Sales Associate, Education Counsellor, Telesales

    50+ Candidates Needed.

    Y-Axis is the world's largest immigration and visa company. With 50+ company-owned and managed offices across India, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Canada and 1500+ employees, we serve over 1 million customers.

    We manage a high volume of inquiries, exceeding 1 Lakh monthly, from individuals interested in overseas education, work, and immigration services. We specialize in providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of international opportunities.

    We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Consultant to join us in our mission of creating Global Indians. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will aim to understand client needs, promote our service offerings persuasively, and address inquiries effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Counsel prospective clients on overseas education, work, and immigration services through various communication channels and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
    • Offer expert advice on available options, considering individual circumstances and preferences and helping customers make informed decisions.
    • Conduct fair evaluation of client profiles to assess suitability for study, immigration and visa opportunities.
    • Develop personalized global career strategies tailored to each client's goals and aspirations.
    • Stay updated on current immigration and visa laws and policies, delivering accurate information to customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and advising customers on their immigration and visa needs.
    • Achieve predefined targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation by implementing effective sales strategies.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and listen attentively to client needs.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to address inquiries effectively.
    • Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools for online interactions.
    • A sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to pursuing opportunities and achieving targets.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
    • Team player with exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, counselling, recruitment or customer service roles.
    • Familiarity with overseas education and immigration processes a plus.
