    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, RTR (Accounting and Controls Manager)

    In this role, one needs to have good understanding of RTR.

    Responsibilities


    • Perform technical accounting and financial controls guidance to the Company's international/US subsidiary locations, assist in M&A finance activities and implementation of newly acquired entities, and manage other special projects as assigned.

    • Provide U.S. GAAP accounting and financial controls technical guidance to the Company's international/US subsidiary locations.

    • Assist in performance of M&A finance activities and implementation of newly acquired entities.

    • Perform quarterly review and analysis of results of required reporting from international/US subsidiary finance teams

    • Manage monthly accounting close activities, including review of select JE's and account reconciliations for newly acquired entities

    • Manage internal control testing on a sample basis for US subsidiaries

    • Manage tracking and remediation of deficiencies and process improvements identified by auditors and/or management globally

    • Manage other special projects as assigned

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Master's degree, CPA license
