    Senior Manager - Sales Engineering - Contact Center Solutions India SE TeamTTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Contact Center Solutions to join our Technology Services team.

    Develop Leads and Partner Relationships:
    oDevelop and maintain relationships with key vendor partners such as Cisco, Google, Genesys, Microsoft, Pegasystems, AWS Connect, Salesforce and other and other related Contact Center technology vendor or service providersoLeverage relationships and sales track record to obtain leads from partners through direct communication, and coordination with TTEC Business Development ManagersoParticipate in initial data gathering and lead qualification with the prospective ClientoWork in Collaboration with the extended Global Cisco/Google SE teams

    What you'll be doing: As part of our Solutions Engineering Leadership team you will manage a team of Sales Engineers. You will also help develop leads and build partner relationships in support of our business development efforts. In partnership with our Direct Sales team in a presales capacity, you will leverage your on prem and cloud Contact Center technology design and adjacent solutions architecture expertise.

    What you'll bring to us:

    • Experience participating in lead qualification, data gathering and client discovery requirement sessions
    • Experience conducting solution design meetings with the internal sales teams, Cisco, Google and client business leaders validating solution scope and design to fulfill requirements
    • Ability to develop design details including bill of material configurations, logical call flows and architectural diagrams
    • Effective collaboration techniques when working with delivery teams to build out delivery timelines and estimates
    • Contribute to RFP response development, proposals and SOW's using standard templates including ROI business case analysis contribution
    • Competitor service offering insight What skills you'll need: 10+ years presales experience designing complex Google, Genesys, Amazon and/or Cisco Cloud contact center solutions, including intelligent automation, digital channels, journey orchestration, voice self-service and conversational Bot solutions 3+ years managing a team of 4 or more engineers; coordinating work efforts and handling administrative tasks such as employee reviews.
    Ability to think critically and logically articulate technical recommendations into customer business value – both verbally and through compelling presentations and proposals
