    Job Role: Microsoft 365 Security andComplianceSpecialist

    Location: Remote

    JobOverview:
    Were seeking a highly skilledMicrosoft 365 Security and Compliance Specialist to ensure ourorganizations data integrity and adherence to industry standards.This role will be pivotal in developing and maintaining a secureMicrosoft 365 environment by implementing robust complianceprotocols.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • SecurityConfiguration:
      • Configureand manage Microsoft 365 security features (Azure AD MicrosoftDefender Conditional Access etc.).
      • Design andenforce security policies to minimizerisks.
    • ComplianceManagement:
      • Implementcompliance strategies for GDPR HIPAA CCPA and other relevantregulations.
      • Maintain and audit compliancepolicies across all Microsoft 365services.
    • DataProtection:
      • Developdata loss prevention (DLP) strategies.
      • Monitordata activities for potential vulnerabilities andbreaches.
    • IncidentResponse:
      • Coordinateincident response plans.
      • Investigate andresolve security incidentspromptly.
    • UserTraining:
      • Trainstaff on security best practices and complianceguidelines.
      • Create documentation and conductworkshops to improve organizational securityawareness.
    • Reporting&Audits:
      • Developreports on security compliance for managementreview.
      • Conduct regular security audits andimplement correctiveactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Education&Experience:
      • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science IT orequivalent.
      • Minimum of 3 years of provenexperience in Microsoft 365 security andcompliance.
    • TechnicalSkills:
      • Indepthknowledge of Microsoft 365 security features including Azure ADMicrosoft Defender DLP etc.
      • Experience withregulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR HIPAAetc.).
      • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting forautomation.
    • SoftSkills:
      • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
      • Effectivecommunication for remote collaboration.
      • Abilityto prioritize and manage multipleprojects.

    PreferredCertifications:

    • MicrosoftCertified: Security Compliance and IdentityFundamentals
    • Microsoft Certified: SecurityOperations AnalystAssociate
