    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic travel company. In this fast-paced role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fixed Departure and Domestic Tour offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of Fixed Departure and Domestic Tour operations, from initial planning to execution
    • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify exciting new destinations and source reliable travel services (hotels, transportation, activities).
    • Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with vendors (hotels, transportation providers) to secure the best value for our clients.
    • Develop and customize itineraries based on client requests, ensuring all details are accurate and well-coordinated.
    • Manage and maintain positive relationships with travel vendors and ensure clear communication throughout the travel planning process.
    • Coordinate seamlessly between Sales, property management, and transportation vendors to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Resolve any issues that may arise during travel, ensuring client satisfaction and a memorable experience.
    • Conduct regular data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize travel packages.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the local travel market and industry trends.
    • Prepare and manage operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations management.
    • Any graduate/post-graduate degree in a relevant field (tourism, hospitality, business administration) is preferred.
    • Excellent customer service focus and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure the best deals from vendors.
    • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for travel.
    • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations (domestic and international) is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
