    Job Description

    Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities) :

  • Data Quality Assurance:Implement and oversee data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and rectify data anomalies.Develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Timeliness and Reliability:Monitor data pipelines and workflows to ensure timely data ingestion, transformation, and delivery for models and insights.Work closely with cloud infrastructure, operations, data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data processing efficiency.Address any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
  • Process Optimization:Continuously improve data management processes, creating an automation culture to ensure scalablity and efficiency.Streamline data workflows to maximise quality and value, and reduce manual effort.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
  • Collaboration and LeadershipCollaborate with other departments to ensure that data management processes align with the company's goals and objectives.Foster a collaborative environment within the data team.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet business goals and DataOps related KPIs.Manage and lead a team of data management professionals.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners.

  • At least 5 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data management or a related field.
  • Experience working with data management tools and technologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing data management support strategies.
