About Us: Charge Zone is the fastest growing EV startup , with an integrated technology and engineering capabilities to build EV Charging Networks, specializing in high-speed charging networks for electric buses/trucks and electric cars across the enterprise and the retail network on both dedicated and opportunity-based charging using smart-grid networks. Headquartered at Vadodara (Gujarat, India), we have spearheaded the fast-charging infrastructure with indigenous development of the technology of mobile-app and CMS with firmware/web-socket cloud-based computing for super-fast EV charging. ChargeZone is on a green mission to establish one million charging points across important markets of EVs in India for all 4W categories of vehicles including cars, buses and trucks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with statutory authorities and audit requirements.
Monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers.
Preparing and filing GSTR-3B, TRAN-1, GSTR-1, and GST refunds online.
Handling GST reconciliation for GST-2 on a monthly basis.
Preparing and filing income tax and TDS online.
Managing TDS-related tasks, including deduction, issuing certificates, and filing returns.
Preparing and E-filing Form 16s for employees on a quarterly basis.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Reconciling balances for debtors and creditors and analyzing them by age.
Verifying vouchers and participating in audits.
Preparing and finalizing accounts, as well as preparing financial statements.
Resolving client queries regarding overdue payments, issuing sales invoices, assisting the sales team, submitting monthly MIS reports, managing due diligence work and data submission, handling assessments and related compliance, assisting in internal and external audits, and efficiently managing data files.
Ensuring SAP HANA and Tally compliance and filing.

Qualifications & experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Masters in Business Administration-Finance
3-5 Years of relevant experience.
Good exposure working with SAP HANA.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work well with a team & to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
