    Description
    Responsibilities

    Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand generation, content creation, product marketing, event management, marketing operationsBuilding and Strengthening of the mjunction brand, position the organization as a thought leader in space of e-marketplaceResearch and gather target customer data to define the product positioning and communication strategyDevelop marketing communications and content assets to drive reach, demand, engagement and loyaltyDevelop, maintain and execute demand generation plans in coordination with the sales team; be responsible for generating qualified leads for salesLeverage marketing automation - implement and manage the marketing technology stackBuild long-term strategies for customer marketing and lead the marketing team in execution over the short/medium termRobust and detailed measurement and reporting processesDeliver Marketing outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring resultsPlan and lead implementation of promotions and other value-perception drivers to trigger customer adoptionWork closely with Analytics team to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition


    Candidate specifications:
    10 years with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a lead role in the Marketing spaceExperience in driving Product Marketing, Demand Generation or Growth functionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsLeadership/people skillsExposure to marketing automation toolsB2B Enterprise SaaS marketing experience preferred
