    Description

    We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

    Job Title: Purchasing Officer

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various products to meet the company's needs and objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage supplier relationships.
    • Monitor market trends and prices to ensure competitive pricing and quality of products.
    • Manage the entire purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, and shipping.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand product specifications and requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and technologies to enhance the company's product offerings.

    Work Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India

    Candidate Requirement:

    • Must have proven 5 years working experience in sourcing and purchasing
    • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end sourcing, buying, and shipping processes
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Solid analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and achieving cost savings.
    • Proficient in Zoho One, Microsoft Office and other relevant software
    • Fluency in English is must.
