    Description

    Job Description :
    We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator - L2 to join our IT team.

    • You will be in charge of the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure.
    • You will have a vital role in ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance network environment to support our business requirements.

    Responsibilities :

    Configuration and Management of Network Devices :
    • Install, configure, and manage network devices like Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ASR routers, and VMware NSX.
    • Handle network security policies using Cisco ISE.
    • Deploy Multicast solutions or similar technologies (ACI or others).

    Network Monitoring and Performance Management :
    • Monitor network performance metrics such as bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss proactively.
    • Resolve network issues and ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
    • Analyze network data, generate reports, and identify trends and potential issues.

    Network Security and High Availability (HA) :
    • Enforce network security best practices.
    • Set up and manage HA solutions for network devices to ensure redundancy and minimize downtime.

    Disaster Recovery (DR) :
    • Support DR plans and procedures.
    • Participate in testing and validating DR solutions.

    Other Responsibilities :
    • Support network capacity planning and design changes.
    • Document network configurations and procedures.
    • Escalate complex issues to internal teams or external vendors.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders about network operations.

    Skills :
    • 5-7 years of network administration experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ASR routers, and VMware NSX.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing various networking devices and technologies.
    • Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.
    • Experience with Multicast solutions or similar technologies.
    • Proficiency in network monitoring and performance management tools.
    • Familiarity with High Availability (HA) concepts and configurations.
    • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) principles.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

    Educational Qualifications :
    Bachelor's/Master's
