    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
    • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall financial transactions of the manufacturing industry
    • Prepare and maintain financial documents, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax returns
    • Analyze financial data and generate reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
    • Conduct periodic audits to verify accuracy of financial records
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations
    • Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
