    JobDescription:

    KeyResponsibilities

    1. Startingsales and developing business in the targeted cluster byestablishing and building a customer base in Supply Chain Financeverticals.
    2. Increasingcustomer base across strategic and opportunistic locations in theregion.
    3. Tomaintain good relationships with the anchors regional ¢ralSPOCs.
    4. Evaluateoptional plans by identifying outcomes and potentialreturns.
    5. Increasingthe share of the SME/MSME wallet onboarding the customer acrossmultiple products credit servicesetc.

    • 36years of experience in managing SME / MSMErelationships.

    • Soundunderstanding of finance & financials
    • Strongpedigree / academicbackground
    • Goodwith numbers Insights and be able to analyse balance sheets andP&L
    • Extremelyselfdriven & hardworking with the ability to leadteams
    • Excellentcommunication skills and mantoman salesskills.
    • Canwork in highpressure situations and is completely handson; has theknack to hustle and get the jobdone.
    • Havingthe ability to interact with promoters / CXOs of SMEs and gleaninformation through physicaldiscussions.
    • Flexibleto travel around and fluent in Hindi English Tamil Malayalam Telugu(latter 3 for Chennailocation).
