    Description
    • Effectively Lead, Manage, and Train Retail Sales Team towards the maximum performance.
    • Work closely with the Brand & National Distributors to strategize the inventory and purchase level, considering retail sales target.
    • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need of improvements in the store.
    • Assist Business managers and Training Managers to ensure the smooth operations of the Retail
    • Ensure the store fulfils all legal, health and safety guidelines.
    • Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer information.
    • Maintain the sales quota and delivery of the same

    Performance

    • To Improvise profits, and to motivate staff to achieve this same goal.
    • To Achieve Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Targets.
    • To Ensure the Retail set up as per the compliance, guidelines & Plan-o-gram defined by Brand.
    • To ensure all shops are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly, and monitoring their compliances with policy, procedure and standards. Including the Merchandising & store audits.

    SKILL SETS REQUIRED :

    • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
    • Knowledge of retail management best practices
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
    • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
    • Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation
