    Designation: ESM- Enterprise Vertical

    Experience: 4+ years

    Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon/ Bangalore

    To drive revenue and expansion within the Enterprise vertical

    Roles and Activities:

    • Focus on critical, intricate deals of strategic importance with high visibility and bear the responsibility of finalizing the deals
    • Formulate the business development strategy, gain support from stakeholders, and execute the plan
    • Forge relationships with "C" Level executives at Enterprises or relevant corporate stakeholders, devising growth strategies within specific global and local networks
    • Act as an integrator to serve these major clients
    • Oversee significant opportunities, substantial business, routine business, and competitive sales scenarios at these accounts
    • Maintain a comprehensive list of customer organizational structures, including decision-makers, obstacles, competition, etc.
    • Evaluate customer credit ratings, assess equipment, and ascertain contract terms and trade-in values

    Preferred Knowledge and Skillset:

    • Understanding of Networking, Unified Communication, Data centers, and Virtualization is advantageous
    • Necessitates cultivating relationships with strategic C Level executives across key accounts
    • Complex Problem Solving: Identifying intricate problems, analyzing relevant information, and formulating and assessing solutions
    • Critical Thinking: Employing logic and reason to determine the merits and flaws of various solutions or approaches to problems
    • Judgment and Decision Making: Weighing the costs and benefits of potential actions to select the most suitable course
    • Management of Personnel Resources: Inspiring, developing, and guiding individuals, identifying the most suitable candidates for roles
    • Writing: Effectively communicating in writing as per the audience's requirements
