    Description


    Promptly follow up on leads provided by the marketing or sales development team, ensuring each prospect receives personalized and timely communication.

    Assess data sources for accuracy, relevance, and reliability, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality data.

    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to gain insights into the challenges, pain points, and objectives of each lead, customizing our solutions to precisely address their specific requirements.
    • Employ a consultative sales approach to establish trust and credibility with leads, positioning our products/services as valuable solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that effectively highlight the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of our offerings.
    • Actively listening and employ effective questioning techniques to uncover opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products/services that align with the needs of the leads.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with leads to secure mutually beneficial agreements that not only meet their needs but also maximize revenue for the company.
    • Foster close collaboration with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and legal team, to ensure the seamless execution of client initiatives and alignment of strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions, sales activities, and progress towards conversion using CRM systems or other designated tools.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead status, conversion rates, and the sales pipeline, identifying areas for improvement or growth opportunities.
    Skills and Attributes Required:


    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients
    • Exceptional negotiation skills to navigate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and secure favorable agreements.
    • Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve common goals.
    Qualifications / experience required:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. While a specific degree is not always required, a relevant educational background is beneficial.
    • Additional certifications or training in sales techniques, negotiation skills, or related areas can be advantageous.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related field, typically ranging from 47 years.
    • Experience in B2B and enterprise sales will be given preferred.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
