- Robust analytical and issue-solving capabilities, adept at interpreting financial information and offering strategic advice.
- Excellent communication and people skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and cultivate a team of accounting professionals.
- Proficiency in accounting tools and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP.
