    noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform.

    On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019.

    The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

    What you'll do:
    Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

    The Account Manager will be an integral part of the Commercial team aligned to the Toys category. They will own their category from the business development side to the growth side.

    They will be executing key strategic plans through building and maintaining relationships, exploring innovative ways to grow the category, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


    The primary responsibilities are :
    Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners
    Responsible for end-to-end selection & Toy category growth
    Manage inventory and content health of the category.
    Ensure best-in-class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category
    Provide data-driven insights to your partners to grow their business on noon platforms.
    Sale Campaign planning and execution for partners managed.
    Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency
    Competitive analysis and benchmarking
    Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses
    Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio of stores
    Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance.


    What you'll need:
    4+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
    Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred
    Experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    Proficiency in SQL
    Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills
    Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
    Entrepreneurial and go-getter spirit
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
