    Mailman is Asia's leading sports marketing agency that specialises in working with sports rights holders and brands to grow awareness, engagement and conversion primarily through digital, experiential and paid marketing. We create original content and deliver unforgettable experiences that provide value to fans, brands and rights holders across APAC.

    We work with some of the biggest names in sport such as FIFA, Olympics, Paris Saint-Germain and David Beckham. Working with brands is a fast-growing part of our business, including Marriott, Visa, Calvin Klein, HSBC, Monash and AliPay.

    Mailman is part of Endeavor, the global leader in entertainment, sport, and fashion.

    The Role:

    The role is a dual servicing role that focus on account management and paid media execution. The Account manager must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to device both account and paid strategies to benefit both Mailman and our clients. The Account manager will report into our Senior Business Director in China with a dotted line to our Performance Director in Singapore.

    The core skills required to perform this role well include:

    1. Communication Skills: The person appointed must be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, to convey information, listen to client needs, and resolve issues. Strong and active communication is to be expected.
    2. Client Relationship Management: The person needs to understand their clients' needs, preferences, and goals and ensure client satisfaction. Cultivating lasting relationships lead to customer loyalty and repeat business.
    3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying solutions and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and the success of the account.
    4. Sales and Upselling Skills: Ability to identify and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
    5. Digital Advertising Expertise: The person needs a deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms and channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. They should be familiar with ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and budget management.
    6. Data Analysis and Interpretation: The person should be proficient in using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret data, and adjust campaigns to optimize results.
    7. Keyword Research and Targeting: The person needs to identify relevant keywords, manage negative keywords, and optimize ad copy to improve ad relevance and click-through rates.

    What You'll Do:

    • Be the key day to day lead for a B2C education brand.
    • Responsible for the delivery of project KPIs and client objectives across the India market
    • Supervise daily work, mitigate problems, and offer support to ensure optimal output.
    • Drive the accounts through creative development and execution process, while building brand initiatives and consumer-centric concepts for clients
    • Work together with paid media executive to plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Programmatic, SEM and social.
    • Develop and execute seasonal planning, key campaign proposals and potential initiatives.
    • Produce insightful reports on a regular basis for clients and report to senior management team.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Conduct annual KPI reviews with team members and catch up one-on-one on a weekly basis.
    • Assist in identifying and addressing staff training, leadership and career development needs and opportunities.
    • Work collaboratively with IMG and Endeavor teams to identify opportunities for new business opportunities across APAC.

    You Have These:

    • Min. 5-6 years of brand account management experience with paid media experience
    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
    • Candidates should have a strong understanding of online advertising, including paid search (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Experience working with various ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is highly beneficial.
    • Candidates should know how to identify relevant keywords, optimize landing pages, and improve ad relevance.
    • Expert knowledge of the global and India digital media landscape.
    • Experience in content creation for digital platforms
    • Passion for education, brands, entertainment, and culture
    • Excellent planning, presentation, and people management skills
    • Native language speaker with excellent English speaking & writing skills
    • Experience in managing a team, with excellent organisation skills

    Please note this is a remote role but candidates should ideally be based out of a Tier 1 India city. You will need to have a home-based work set up.
