    JobDescription:
    The candidate must be flexibleand able to multitask across a variety of jobduties Oversee and manage the assigned teamof SEM & SEO analyst and drive campaign traffic andrevenues Measure report and optimizeperformance of all online marketing campaigns and assess againstKPIs set


    PPC:
    Manage monthly budgetutilization advertiser goals (CTR CPC & CPL) and Qualityscore.

    Coordinate with international teams to publish the seasonalcalendar for campaign updates SEO:
    implementSEO strategies (on page & off page) and best practices toincrease organic traffic clicks andimpressions.

    Ensure team completes all taskassigned by respective account managers and meets the SLAdefined Ensure team meets its annualobjectives Coaching and development of teammembers Manage career roadmap for teammembers Complete audits for the teamassigned as per sample size agreed with the reportingmanager Resource planning to ensure capacityis maintained at optimum level PublishWeekly / Monthly Dashboard on SLAs / KPIsachieved Work closely with Quality &Training teams to drive continuous improvementinitiatives Participate and contribute incalls with International teams operational team meets &training sessions Look for areas ofopportunity / gaps in process to improveefficiencies Work overtime when needed tomeet critical deadlinesKeyAttributes:
