LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:
As directed by LineManager SKILLSQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
UniversityGraduate or MBA with a major in accounting or finance.
8years of Domain Expertise
Experience in accountingAP/AR/P2P and financial systems.
Must have at least 34years of people management experience in managing a team of 10 teammembers.
Must have experience in automating businessprocesses for improved efficiency.
Must demonstrateproficiency in identifying automation opportunities selecting toolsand delivering measurable results.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills essential.
Experience ininterfacing with business operational customers andControllers ESSENTIAL:
Ability to manage a diverse groupof skill sets in a delivery center environment.
Strongcommunication skills
Ability to portray professionalismand confidence to customers/stakeholders via phone andemail.
Strong organizational and time managementskills
Ability to multitask and handle large volume ofwork efficiently and accurately.
