    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Assisting inspection of engagements (Cold reviews, Hot reviews), coordinating with engagement teams for the same, assisting in rating review comments, grading the files reviewed, performing root cause analysis, assisting in preparing the report for reporting to leadership, planning for trainings basis review findings etc.
    • ISQM implementation – Assisting in drafting policies and procedures, coordinating with other service lines, assisting in performing gap analysis in existing polices as per ISQM and drafting updated polices, assisting in performing risk assessment at firm level, testing operating effectiveness of SOQM on periodic basis, carrying our surveys, collating information and assisting in preparing the report for reporting to leadership on compliance with quality standards etc.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate should have relevant experience of 3 to 5 years preferably in Audit & Assurance function in a CA firm.
    • Candidate should have sound knowledge of auditing standards, accounting standards (IGAAP and IND-AS), Companies Act, etc. and should be able to practically apply these concepts.
