    About the Role:
    Star Sports India is looking for a skilled professional to lead the presentation of cricket on the network. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the sport viewing experience across broadcast and digital platforms. As an Executive Producer – English, you will be responsible for engaging with our core viewers and passionate audience through your expert knowledge of the sport and creative storytelling. You must have strong editorial judgment and creative skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and embrace innovation and technology in your storytelling approach.

    Context:
    The incumbent will collaborate with the Product team of Star Sports, understanding Indian audiences' expectations and cricketing passion. Managing live and non-live production teams effectively is a key aspect of this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Ensure high-quality productions with effective shooting, editing, and scripting. Shape the programming delivery of English cricket to deepen viewer engagement.
    - Collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional on-air content. Create a high-performance production function for both Broadcast and Digital platforms.
    - Set the cricket agenda, tell compelling stories, and maintain Star's reputation as a progressive broadcaster.
    - Develop engaging content plans to drive viewership and support department heads with strategic inputs.

    Performance Measures:

    - Production delivery of all Cricket related properties on Star Sports English channels.
    - Manage production teams to meet broadcast standards.
    - Support department heads with production, creative, and editorial inputs.
    - Effective management of crisis situations.

    Qualifications:

    - Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a content/creative field.

    About Disney Star:
    The Star Sports Network broadcasts a variety of sports events, including cricket coverage through partnerships with TATA IPL, ICC, BCCI, Cricket South Africa, and ACC; as well as Pro Kabaddi, Indian Super League, Premier League, and Wimbledon.
