    Description

    Consultant - Objectives & Key the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced OKR Consultant to introduce and champion the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process within our organization.

    As the OKR Consultant, you will work closely with the Leadership team to establish the OKR process and structure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

    Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to teams, facilitating communication, and assisting in navigating the OKR process effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Introduce the OKR process and structure to the Leadership team, ensuring understanding and buyin.
    • Champion the OKR process throughout the organization, advocating its benefits and ensuring adoption.
    • Provide guidance and support to teams in setting meaningful Objectives and Key Results.
    • Facilitate alignment and communication among teams to ensure coherence in OKR implementation.
    • Monitor progress and performance against OKRs, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement.
    • Encourage adherence to the OKR process across the organization through regular communication and feedback Proven experience in implementing and managing the OKR process in a corporate environment.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track performance metrics.
    • Certification in OKR methodology or related field is a plus. )
