    Description

    Overview:

    The MarketingExecutive plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategiescampaigns and initiatives of the organization. They are responsiblefor creating and executing marketing plans analyzing market trendsand identifying opportunities to promote products or services. TheMarketing Executive works closely with the sales team to generateleads and increase customer engagement.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developing andimplementing strategic marketingplans
    • Conducting market research and analysisto identify trends and opportunities
    • Creatingand managing digital marketingcampaigns
    • Collaborating with the sales team togenerate leads and support salesinitiatives
    • Identifying and targeting specificcustomer segments
    • Overseeing the production ofmarketing materials and collateral
    • Measuringand analyzing the performance of marketingcampaigns
    • Managing social media platforms andonline presence
    • Building and maintainingrelationships with key stakeholders
    • Monitoringand reporting on competitoractivities
    • Organizing and attending promotionalevents and exhibitions
    • Contributing to theoverall marketing strategy andplanning
    • Managing the budget for marketingcampaigns and activities
    • Ensuring brandconsistency across all marketingchannels

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inMarketing Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in a marketingrole
    • Strong understanding of market analysisand strategic planning
    • Proficiency in digitalmarketing tools and platforms
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Knowledge of market researchtechniques and databases
    • Experience in managingsocial media and online advertising
    • Ability tomultitask and prioritize taskseffectively
    • Analytical and creative mindset forproblemsolving and campaign development
    • Abilityto work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office andmarketing software
    • Strong project managementand organizational skills
    • Flexibility to travelfor events and meetings as required
    • Proventrack record of successful marketingcampaigns
