    Job Title: Export Sales Manager

    Company: Das Foodtech Private Limited

    Brand: Pintola

    Location: Ahmedabad

    Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Salary Range: CTC 8 LPA to 18 LPA

    Minimum Experience : 4 Years of minimum experience in export business development.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales and a deep understanding of the FMCG sector. This role demands expertise in handling all aspects of export operations, including sales, logistics, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on expanding our brand presence worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow international business for Pintola and our private label products.

    · Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with potential distributors, retail chains, and importers across various countries.

    · Manage the entire export process, including contract negotiation, shipment, and delivery, ensuring compliance with foreign export-import policies and regulations.

    · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

    · Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the international markets.

    · Developing and nurturing current clients and increasing sales from current territories

    · Managing Trade Events and getting maximum ROI

    Requirements:

    Graduation / Post Graduation in Business

    Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales within the FMCG industry.

    Extensive knowledge of international trade, including export-import policies, logistics, and payment methods.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in English

    Results-driven with a strategic mindset for expanding business in new markets.
