- Involve in requirement gathering from stakeholders, accompanied by Lead(s) to understand expectations.
- Involve in building an execution plan for the role profiles while coordinating with the Lead and HM.
- Assess prospects, and perform and conduct inbound & outbound prospecting for potential candidates.
- Use all active sourcing (at 100% proficiency) & passive sourcing techniques.
- Utilize social media and other channels for potential candidate engagement for requisitions.
- Involve in campus recruitment processes, as and if directed by the Lead(s).
- Ensure the engagement of job postings gets traction and all stakeholders actively share/promote them.
- Employ different methods to increase social media engagement of postings through any new initiatives.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on project/stakeholder requirements.
- Perform thorough questioning to understand candidate aspirations and qualifications.
- Obtain timely feedback and coordinate further conversations based on candidate feedback.
- Actively try to contribute to candidate experience improvement through interactions.
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage in effective communication with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide timely updates, and proactively communicate timely req hiring status.
- Regularly interact with stakeholders such as Hiring Managers / TA Lead(s) to keep them informed and for feedback on the process.
- Collaborate with other teams such as IT, admin, People Success etc teams to ensure smooth integration of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proactively coordinating with stakeholders/HM/create events for candidate/employee engagements & employer branding
- Managing a social calendar for events and advanced candidate engagement projects & taking up execution of ad hoc projects while working with the Lead and HMs
- Create new requisitions for every new hiring request raised and create JDs with the help of the Lead(s).
- Execute complete hiring activity data tracking on the requisition - like interview activity, offer approvals, recruiter summary, Recruiter & Candidate communication, any document, newsletter, links, etc. - for the Lead(s)/Hiring Managers to review.
- Maintain and update all recruitment data in a timely & effective manner, including ATS compliance & TA Sheets (JP, RT etc.) to ensure data sanity.
- Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the industry.
- Learn about market research/mapping through guidance seeking/self-learning and maintain awareness of trends in the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain with the help of Leads.
- Leverage knowledge to strategically map out target companies and profiles.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of technologies relevant to the recruitment domain.
- Stay informed about product/software development life cycles and other technical aspects for transparent communication with candidates.
- Proactively learn about new tools and technologies that can enhance the current recruitment efforts.
