    Job Title: Human Resources Manager

    Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

    Department: Human Resources (HR)

    Reports To: Director of Human Resources

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to support our rapidly growing and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
    • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and disputes.
    • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
    • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
    • Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure company policies are adhered to.
    • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and develop competitive compensation structures.
    • Manage employee benefits programs and assist with annual renewals.
    • Employee Development and Training:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
    • Organise workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
    • Support leadership development initiatives.
    • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
    • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and trends to senior management.
    • Use data to drive improvements in HR processes and programs.
    • Culture and Engagement:
    • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
    • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
    • Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
    • Upto 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT industry.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in Excel expertise and HR Tools any
    • Familiarity with tech industry trends and challenges.
    • Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Working Conditions:

    • This is a full-time position with occasional requirements to work outside of regular business hours.
    • The role may require occasional travel to other company locations.
