- Offer tailored financial advice and suggestions based on client profiles.
- Proactively market and sell banking products and services while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Expand client base through proactive prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to team Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI, ideally in direct sales.
- Thorough understanding of banking products like mutual funds, home loans, mortgages, and insurance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and foster relationships.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a resultsoriented setting.
- Post level equivalent to L4 in Banking
