- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Prepare regular HR reports for stakeholders , highlighting key performance indicators.
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic business partnership and program management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture.
- Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a start-up environment, bringing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities.
