Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager - General Insurance to join our team at White Horse Insurance Broker Private Limited in Bhatinda, Punjab, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our insurance products, including Motor, Health, Personal Accident, Home, Travel, Fire, Liability, and Business Risk Insurance. This is a full-time position and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or insurance
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to understand and analyze client requirements
Good knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents and identify their insurance needs
Provide professional insurance advice to agents & clients and recommend suitable policies.
Generate and follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers and agents.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations for agents.
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide excellent agent & customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments
