    Job Scope:

    As Partner Manager you will be responsible for executing the partner strategy and Policy that enables and enhances our business. Lead & manage the existing partners (as assigned) to enhance our partner ecosystem, develop GTM propositions and develop key new alliances and channels for lead generation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Relationship building and Business Development with Strategic Alliance Partners / Channel Partners
    • To partner with large Technology Partners, SI's, Software Development Companies, App Implementation Partners, Financial Service Providers, IT Resellers and create a strategic business alignment with them.
    • Will be responsible for generating revenue via specific set of Channel / Alliance Partners and will carry the revenue target of the same.
    • To define and execute strategy of the Partner Function for the region.
    • Lead Generation via the partners and to collaborate and work closely with the internal Sales teams for those leads received and work and monitor till the closure of the case.
    • Generate eco-system model for Sell-through and Sell-With revenue via the partners by developing Technology and Business synergy between them and the company
    • Conduct Trainings and Workshops for Partners to enable them on the capabilities and the service portfolio of Yotta
    • Generate pipeline and revenue reports with the help internal team for the opportunities via Partners and monitor the same closely

    Must Have Skill:

    • Out of the overall experience has atleast 3 years of experience handling Partners for "Sell Through" or "Sell With" Business.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent understanding of Data center, cloud computing, telecom and enterprise security landscape
    • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Sensitive to ethics and permissions guidelines
    • Highly organized: Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress under strict deadlines

    Good to have Skills

    • Product knowledge on Datacenter / Infrastructure management solutions or Managed services
    • Requirement Gathering and Solution Proposition Skills
    • Knowledge on Virtualization and Cloud technologies will be added advantage
    • Candidates who have worked in Partner Management profile with Datacenter Service Providers or SI's (Wipro, IBM, HCL, etc) will have added advantage and preference.

    Qualification and Experience:

    Experience in Sales/Partner Management

    Preferably BE + MBA or BE/ MBA from the recognized institute

    Overall Preferred IT Experience of around minimum 10 years.

    Required Knowledge

    • Worked with large Enterprise and having proven track record of selling IT Infrastructure Solution/ Telecom Services & Managed Services.
    • Having experience of managing Enterprise Account Sell-through independently via Alliance Partners
    • Knowledgeable of technology, industry trends, competition and strategies.
    • Knowledgeable about how to sell Managed Services solutions.
    • An ability to understand the business needs of potential clients in order to strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
    • Must have a track record of achieving assigned targets, leading coordination of and responding to complex proposals.
    • Proven, results driven sales executive with a stable career history.
    • High energy and passion, solid communicator and fast learner.
    • Strong business and technical knowledge
    • Travel as required
