    Talentrack :

    India's leading talent-casting, and creators/influencers aggregation platform is looking for a senior management hiring/partnership.

    The company has democratized talent casting in the India entertainment & advertising sectors, while also emerging as a hub for professional user-generated content for brands and ad agencies.

    Talentrack is also the pioneer of OTT and digital-content awards in the country.

    The platform has 0.5 million registered artists and over 15,000 registered recruiters, including filmmakers, production houses, event companies, talent agencies, casting directors, ad agencies, and more.

    The company has 50+ employees, across offices in Delhi and Mumbai.

    Role - The role involves leading and growing the Recruiter and Artist ecosystems. Responsibilities will include revenue leadership & monetisation, as well as scale-growth of the platform. This position will have vertical functional heads reporting to her/him.

    She/he would be expected to also work closely with the CTO and marketing teams to drive the company's tech product (site + app + SaaS) and overall brand.

    This position will report directly to the company's Founder and Board of Directors.

    The person we are looking for :

    • The applicant should have 10 to 12 years of work experience.
    - Past experience in product monetization is mandatory.

    - Must have been Co-founder/Entrepreneur.

    • Experience in or exposure to the Entertainment Industry is essential.
    • Experience in handling revenue responsibilities and managing a team is a must.
    • Should be a datadriven individual, who can understand scale numbers and trends.
    • The leader should be a selfstarter who can formulate strategy, lead senior managers, and drive the company's overall direction.
    • Someone with prior work experience in tech/eComm/ B2C(Media & Entertainment) startups will be a good fit.
    Location - Mumbai

    Remuneration - This will be a Management Co-Founder position. Compensation will be a combination of Fixed Salary + Shareholding in the company. Fixed salary would range between INR 35 lac to 50 lac, depending on the candidate's experience, expertise, and the - Industry : Entertainment
