Talentrack is also the pioneer of OTT and digital-content awards in the country.The platform has 0.5 million registered artists and over 15,000 registered recruiters, including filmmakers, production houses, event companies, talent agencies, casting directors, ad agencies, and more.
The company has 50+ employees, across offices in Delhi and Mumbai.Role - The role involves leading and growing the Recruiter and Artist ecosystems. Responsibilities will include revenue leadership & monetisation, as well as scale-growth of the platform. This position will have vertical functional heads reporting to her/him.
She/he would be expected to also work closely with the CTO and marketing teams to drive the company's tech product (site + app + SaaS) and overall brand.
This position will report directly to the company's Founder and Board of Directors.The person we are looking for :
