Weare looking for a skilled HR Professional who will be involved incross functionalcoordination. With a strongunderstanding of talent acquisition management anddevelopmentof talents through developingpolicies and managing procedures. Who will be responsibleforadministrative tasks and will contributein making the company a better place towork.

RolesandResponsibilities:
Creating and implementing human resources policies and bestpractices in line with thecompany sstrategic goals. Closely working with SalesTeam. Identifying an organization s needsand working to create and implement anefficienttalent acquisition strategy toimprove recruitment and businessperformance. Cross Functional strategizingwith Sales team. Managing a highlyskilledteam to assist with talent development andacquisition. Exit formalities HR PoliciesJoining formalities Induction. Organizingand overseeing individual and team trainingprograms. Developing and implementingemployee retention programs or strategies.
Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps withinthe workforce. Reporting and reviewing oftask with Sales Team. Build OrganizationChart to understand Reporting structure and upgradeit. Develop structured work flow andstrictly implement it through peoplemanagement. Collaborate with the largerecosystem of HR and maintain knowledge ofemergingtrends best practices regulatorychanges and new technologies in HRM. Framethe Policies and Code of Conduct to implement proper work methodi.e. Leavepolicies Work from Home policiesWorking Hours Policy etc. Advocate for teammembers be a trusted and confidential advisor and suggestbestpractices to enhance employeeexperience. Drive the integrated PerformanceManagement System including each andeveryemployee to discuss about thePerformance growth. Maintain accurate HRISdata with regards to any employee life cycle ororganization

RequiredKnowledge andSkill:
Strategic planning and vision. Excellentcommunication interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolutionskills. Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail. Sound judgment andproblemsolving skills and processimprovement. Must be updated with the HRTrends. Leadershipqualities.

Educationandexperience:
