    Description

    Overview: Looking for a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR crew. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in crafting, creating, and delivering captivating learning content and initiatives to boost employee behavioral skills and leadership talents.

    Location: Bangalore

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with stakeholders to pinpoint learning needs, goals, and content specifications
    • Create interactive and interesting learning content, such as e-learning modules and training materials
    • Harness instructional design techniques and learning tech to develop impactful learner-focused experiences
    • Lead learning sessions and workshops using a mix of methods (virtual/classroom/blended)
    • Evaluate learning programs to gauge effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements
    • Foster relationships with business stakeholders and HRBP to instill a learning culture
    • Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development
    • Collaborate with LMS team to monitor learning content and participant progress

    Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in ID/Education/Learning with 10-15 years of experience. Masters is a plus.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
    • Proficiency in instructional design and storytelling
    • Effective facilitation and presentation skills to captivate learners at all levels
    • Experience with e-learning tools like Articulate
    • Certifications in learning or coaching are a bonus
