    Description

    We areseeking apassionate and knowledgeable Learning & DevelopmentSpecialist to join our team and play a key role in educating andempowering individuals on sustainability practices. You willbe responsiblefor designing and delivering engagingworkshops training sessions and tutoring programs on varioussustainability topics to corporatelearners.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Developand deliver interactive workshops and training programs on avariety of sustainability topics tailored to the audiences level ofunderstanding.
    • Createengaging learning materials including presentations handouts andactivities.
    • Facilitategroup discussions and encourage active participation fromlearners.
    • Stay uptodate onthe latest trends and best practices insustainability.
    • Collaboratewith the clients to develop and implement educationalinitiatives.
    • Trackand evaluate the effectiveness of learningprograms.


    Requirements

    Qualification:

    • Mastersdegree in EnvironmentalScience Sustainability Education or arelated field (preferred).
    • Minimumof 23 years of experience infacilitatingworkshops training sessions or tutoringprograms.
    • Strongunderstanding of sustainability principles andpractices.
    • Excellentcommunication presentation and facilitationskills.
    • Abilityto develop engaging and interactive learningmaterials.
    • Passionfor sustainability and a desire to educateothers.
    • Abilityto work effectively with diverseaudiences.
    • Excellenttime management and organizationalskills.
    Note:
    • Aresident ofBangalore isamust.

    Qualification: Master's degree in Environmental Science,Sustainability, Education, or a related field (preferred). Minimumof 2-3 years of experience in facilitating workshops, trainingsessions, or tutoring programs. Strong understanding ofsustainability principles and practices. Excellent communication,presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to develop engagingand interactive learning materials. Passion for sustainability anda desire to educate others. Ability to work effectively withdiverse audiences. Excellent time management and organizationalskills. Note: A resident of Bangalore is a must.
