- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Technical Expertise includes Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools, Project Management
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may impede successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to the executive team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, managing all incoming communications and prioritizing them accordingly.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics to assist the executives in decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Attention to details.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
