    • Improve customer serviceexperience, create engaged customers and facilitate organicgrowth
    • Take ownership of customers issues andfollow problems through to resolution
    • Set aclear mission and deploy strategies focused towards thatmission
    • Develop service procedures, policiesand standards
    • Keep accurate records anddocument customer service actions and discussions
    • Analyse statistics and compile accuratereports
    • Recruit, mentor and develop customerservice agents and nurture an environment where
      they canexcel through encouragement and empowerment
    • Keep ahead of industry's developments and applybest practices to areas of improvement
    • Controlresources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative andquantitative targets
    • Adhere to and manage theapproved budget
    • Maintain an orderly workflowaccording to priorities
    • Act as aTechno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of ZimyoHRMS
    • Assist & train Customers toimplement their process and help them to resolve theirsupport
      queries
    • Increase overallretention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sellopportunities
    • Customer onboarding, training,and support
    • Making customers aware ofresources such as knowledgebase articles, tutorials,how-to
      videos and webinars
    • Gatheringcustomer feedback and sharing it internally to improve the productand/or
      establish better Customer Supportpractices
    • Analyzing customer data and helpingthem discover aspects of the product that aremost
      beneficial to them
    • Carrying outperiodic health checks to avoid churn
    • Firefighting during account escalations
    • Account management and renewals
    • Keeping customers updated on changes to the productthey're using, new features and new
      productsthey might find useful
    • Encouraging customeradvocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews,case
      studies, testimonials, and referrals
