    Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Positions : 1

    Location: Chennai

    Job Description :

    • 8+ years of total work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, Basel III, GDPR).
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
    • Experience with banking systems and technologies (e.g., core banking systems, CRM, digital banking platforms) is preferred.
