    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Content Strategy Manager who will be responsible for working on Movie content (Hindi) and executing content strategies.

    The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Youtube and monetisation strategies of movies on Youtube.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Management:

    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences offerings accordingly. Maintain strong relationships with clients, Collaborate with rights holders to resolve copyright issues. 2.


    Content Strategy & Planning:
    Create detailed content calendars and schedules for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and timely release of content. Monitor content performance metrics and adjust content plans as needed to optimize engagement and viewership. Stay updated with YouTube's policies and guidelines regarding copyright and community standards, 3.


    Content Analysis:

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion for the South Dubbed Content market.

    Monitor the performance of dubbed content on different channels.

    Analyze key metrics such as viewership, retention, and audience feedback to assess content effectiveness Qualifications:
    Proven experience in content strategy and preferably in YouTube. Deep understanding of Movies and Star cast. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy decisions. Familiarity with YouTube's platform, policies, and tools for content management, monetization, and rights administration. Capacity to work collaboratively with Editor teams, including legal, content operations, Digital marketing.
