    Description

    SurveySparrow is seeking a seasoned and strategic Manager - Partnerships to drive the development and management of our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and nurturing partnerships with key organizations to accelerate SurveySparrow's growth and market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish and grow SurveySparrow's partner ecosystem.
    • Identify and prioritize potential partners, including SaaS companies, technology providers, agencies, and consultants, that align with SurveySparrow's business objectives and target market segments.
    • Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship building to contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Drive partner enablement activities such as training, documentation, and support to ensure partners have the knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell SurveySparrow's solutions.
    • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of partnership programs and initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation.
    • Represent SurveySparrow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote partnership opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • 8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets and KPIs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
