    Description

    JD-Partnership

    1. Relationship Management

    · Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current partners

    · Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

    · Regularly communicate with partners to understand their business objectives and explore additional opportunities for collaboration. To inform and renew existing contacts before expiry date.

    2. Partnership Development:

    · Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.

    · Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their suitability.

    · Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new partners.

    1. Negotiation and Contract Management:

    · Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutual benefit and alignment of interests.

    · Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to partnerships.

    · Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes that may arise.

    1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    · Track and analyse key performance metrics related to partnership activities.

    · Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing partnership performance and highlighting areas for improvement.

    · Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.

    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    · Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to support partnership initiatives.

    · Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and other co-branded initiatives.

    · Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to ensure alignment between internal teams and partners.

    6. Commercials

    · Ensuring that commercial agreement is in place for any business activities with partners and payments are made as per the contract
