    Description

    We are looking for APIGEE Support Engineer with 8-10yrs of experience for Hyderabad and Chennai location who can join us immediately.

    • Experience installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining API Management platforms like APIGEE
    • in developing APIs in APIGEE, troubleshooting API failures
    • with tools like Postman, Fiddler, JMeter
    • understanding of XML, JSON, Web Service Technologies SOAP, REST, OAuth 20, Basic Auth, JWT, SSO implementation, XML/JSON transformations, logging policies, KVM, Caching
    • have experience in platform support and resolving the PROD and NON-PROD app
    • engineering experience GCP building effective cloud tech solutions
    • of CI/CD pipeline
    • role specializes in performing remote technical support of MQ and MQ Appliance, skills with Linux/Unix and Windows are required.
    • IBM MQ based systems to meet client requirements
    • and provide resolution/work around for issues in IBM MQ.
    • users with assistance in problem determination and resolution; escalate problems as specified by the Service Levels
    • On-Call support beyond business hours on rotation, for priority 1 issues as necessary.
    • with Level 3 support team for the issues requiring code changes.

    What You will bring

    • of 2 years of experience with IBM ISB/MQ APIGEE and Micro Services
    • implementing IBM MQ
    • English and ability to read technical documentation Automation and manual scripts

    • Apigee application specific security patches and updates.
    • Manager monitoring – Monitoring logs for warnings and error messages
    • status monitoring – Monitoring channel status to confirm that all the channels are functional.
    • depth monitoring - Monitoring critical queue depths to confirm they remain below the threshold limits.
    • dead letter queues and share insights with other teams as appropriate.A dead letter queue is a service implementation to store messages that meet one or more of the following criteria:
    • sent to a queue that does not exist.
    • length limit exceeded.

    • rejected by another queue exchange.
    • reaches a threshold read counter number because it is not consumed.
    • new MQ environment
